where CHRIST is King. 

Many Indigenous Tribes, have ancient prophecies for this time in humanities existence. Although not apart of any one particular tribe, the 8th fire prophesy speaks of this moment in time of humanities existence. 

 The Seventh Fire speaks of a generation of "New People" who will seek out the teachings that were nearly lost.  One of the best-known teachings associated with the Seventh Fire is that humanity comes to a crossroads........

• a path leading toward continued exploitation, materialism, and destruction; 
• a path leading toward respect, reconciliation, balance and care for the Earth and all living things.

 If the right choices are made, the Seventh Fire will light the Eighth and final Fire—an eternal fire of peace, love, brotherhood, and sisterhood. 

Biblically,  the same INNERstanding by multiple authors over the course of thousands of years, was written on the opposite side of the planet. 

Heaven on Earth.

For those who have the EAR to hear, let them hear,

 and those with the EYE to see, let them see.

And so, on and in the 'Indian Land' that has been stolen over and over again throughout history, will the Sacred Indigenous Catawba Nation Land of 144,000 acres be reclaimed, NOT as OWNERS but as STEWARDS, 'set apart and aside' from the Corporation and State of South Carolina and the Corporation and federal government of the United States.

 In 1763, (PRIOR to 1776),  The King of England made a written Proclamation, agreeing to leave The Catawba people and 225 sq acres, 144,000 thousand acres of lands alone. This Land and territory was NEVER was apart of the Colony of SC, nor the Federal US Corp. Inc or State of SC Corp Inc in 1776 and beyond. 

None of these corporations have sought or been subject to any Tribal Court or administrative process. Any and all proceeding, orders, rulings, statues or acts et. al etc.  created within, and through the systems of the U.S. inc. or SC inc, 

are therefore NULL AND VOID.

A Courtesy Application to United Nations is Pending. The Declaration of Independence and Constitution was written and filed  as a curtesy and declared through Spoken Word in 2026. 

The Kingdom Nation of Amerkaba  has all Authority and Aethority, by the Creator God of the Heavens, who sits in the AS ABOVE Jurisdiction,

over the  SO BELOW jurisdiction of Land, Air, and Water; LAW. 

And will  administer, and establish such.

In accordance with the Constitution of Amerkaba, any type of "Banking"  Note/ Contract/ " Mortgage", which includes the Sacred LAND of 144,000, under the federal reserve trust (which is never been federal nor a reserve), 

is foreign and unlawful. It is, was, and always will be, NULL AND VOID.
